Who'd win in a street fight: T.I.(4) or Nelly(5)?

I'm having a rappers streetfighting tournament. Whoever makes the best case for one or the other advances...and whoever makes the best case gets ten points.

Who'd win in a street fight: T.I.(4) or Nelly(5)?
T.I. is only 5'9 and not too buff meanwhile nelly has a six-pac and is taller and works out alot more so nelly!!
