Have any one heard of scientific fighting congress???


i went to one of intro class in australia and i think its cool for the street...it focus on dirty street fighting,it have many dirty tactics,punch,elbo,low kick,knees,palm attack,throw,takedown,ground fighting,chock,arm bars,locks,knife,stick,gun attack as well as defence....the tactics was so simple tat i was able to throw someone heavier then me so eassily....wat u guys think abt this...its created by mr hock in usa...hock have served in army and police....it have also lots of good stuff like krav maga...i m impressed with this as it looks like mma for street ...just want to know opinion on u giys.

MMA is OK if it's a defense againsth 1 GUY. If it's againsth more than 1 person RUN bro. Even if you defeat them all you will still get hurt. Take it from someone who did it.
