Has anyone seen any footage of Capoeira being used in a Street Fight?

Basically some footage, movie or real life, in where a fighter used the actual Brazilian martial art. Also, has anyone ever seen someone in real life use this style in a street fight and can you describe it?

Has anyone seen any footage of Capoeira being used in a Street Fight?
i have used elements of capoeira with my training in thai boxing. i mean obviously no person with more than 1/2 a brain is gonna do the ginga and flip around fighting someone in the streets but some of the kicks are practical and fast. capoeira has given me great balance explosiveness strength etc...but as of using capoeira like performed in a roda in a street fight then no i've never seen it or would not call it effective in anyway.
Reply:Capoeira is more of a dance.

In a real fight, you wouldnt really notice a capoeira style AS much. But like capoeira kicks and punches would still be there
Reply:I've never seen it used in an actual fight, but the movie Only The Strong features Capoeira as the martial art. Also Tony Jaa's latest movie, The Protector, has a fight seen between him and Capoeira fighter as well.

However, those are just choreographed fights in a movie.
Reply:no, because it would be stupid. It is a dance.
Reply:Capoeira will not hold up in a real street fight. Real fights end in seconds with some not so pretty results. It looks beautiful break dancing and attempting to kick some one's A**, but the reality is that a seasoned fighter will prevail 100% of the time.
